Child Safety Standards
Effective: 10 October 2026 · Applies to the PlayKo app for iPhone and Android, published by Amit Raj, and to everything posted on it.
1. Zero tolerance
PlayKo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is forbidden to post, send, request, share or link to any of the following:
- sexual images, videos or text involving anyone under 18, real or generated;
- grooming: building contact with a minor in order to sexually abuse or exploit them;
- sextortion: threatening to share intimate images to force someone to do something;
- sexualising minors in any way, including comments about their bodies;
- trafficking or offering minors for sexual purposes.
PlayKo is only for people aged 16 and over (confirmed at sign-up). Accounts we learn belong to someone younger are deleted.
2. How to report
- In the app: every post, story, comment, message, live stream, profile, club and game has a Report option. Choose "Child safety". You can also block the person immediately.
- By email: safety@playko.app — describe what you saw and, if you can, the @handle or a link. Do not attach or forward the material itself.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first (in Germany: 110).
3. What we do
- Content reported as a child-safety issue is hidden at once, before anyone reviews it, and our moderators are alerted immediately.
- A human reviews every such report, as a priority and within 24 hours.
- We remove violating content, permanently ban the account and block it from signing up again with the same phone number or email.
- We preserve the evidence as the law requires and report confirmed CSAM and exploitation to the authorities: the German Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt, BKA) or the competent police, the Internet-Beschwerdestelle (eco/FSM hotline) and jugendschutz.net, and the NCMEC CyberTipline where it applies.
- We cooperate with law-enforcement requests that follow the legal process.

Our designated point of contact for child safety (also for authorities and app stores) is
